With strong ties and alliances with Schoolcraft College, the Michigan Chefs de Cuisine Association, and other top accredited organizations, our Cooking School is committed to educating and increasing the confidence of those who love to cook.
Our classes are different because of our hands-on approach to learning the nuances of cooking. While we offer some demonstration classes, nothing compares to working with the ingredients yourself, connecting with the ingredients, and building your confidence as you familiarize with the fundamentals of professional cooking.
Our facility is a state-of-the-art professional kitchen, but softened with warm and inviting touches.
