Mirepoix Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to change your plans. We will be happy to refund your reservation within a 7-day advance notice. Reservations cancelled without a 7-day notice will not be refunded or transferred to another class. It is your responsibility to remember the date and time of your class reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any class at any time. In the event that we cancel a class you’ve registered for, you will be refunded in full or offered a credit. Minimum class registration is 6 students. If fewer than 6 students are enrolled, the class will be canceled and we will notify you of the change.

Mirepoix Code of Conduct: Because our classes are designed for the enjoyment and relaxation of our students, we reserve the right to ask any person to leave class if their behavior, language, or actions are deemed a distraction, inappropriate or uncooperative by the instructional staff. You will not be refunded if you are asked to leave.

Mirepoix Gift Certificate Policy: As of May 6, 2007, we are no longer going to be offering a different gift certificate for the Cooking School. For those who would like to buy a cooking class as a gift, they can purchase a Holiday Market Gift Card in any amount they choose. It should be noted that if someone buys a $55 gift card to be used for a cooking class, the recipient is responsible to make up the remainder of the class fee, if the class is more than $55. We honor the Cooking School Gift Certificates that have already been sold, at no expiration date. Please note that a Gift Certificate or Gift Card does not entitle the recipient to spaces in full classes. Those who have Gift Cards or Certificates must register for the class or classes that they want to take in the same manner as all other students. No one will be moved to the "front of the line" because of their gift certificate, normal registration rules apply.

Mirepoix Dress Code Policy: Your safety is important to us. Our unique hands-on approach to classes means that we want you to be slicing, dicing, and sautéing your way through all of our recipes. Pants must be worn (no shorts, skirts, etc.), shirts must have sleeves, no high-heels are permitted, and closed-toed shoes ONLY are permitted (no sandals, flip flops, etc.).
If you arrive improperly dressed for class, you will not be permitted to take the class, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Age Requirements: Kids classes are suitable for children 7 – 13 years of age. Teen classes are suitable for 13 – 17 year olds. Adult classes are for students 18 and up. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult – no exceptions. All classes are adult classes unless otherwise specified.

Mirepoix Cooking School Waiver: I acknowledge that the dress code for the Mirepoix Cooking School specifies the following:
Skirts, shorts, and dresses are prohibited
Only closed-toe shoes are acceptable
Students should avoid wearing sleeveless shirts

I hereby authorize Holiday Market/Mirepoix Cooking School to use my name and likeness during the recording or photography of any cooking class. To be used solely by Holiday Market/Mirepoix Cooking School. I waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

Gift Card/Gift Certificate Payment: We need a credit card to secure your reservation. If you are using a gift card or gift certificate, your credit card will not be charged, unless you cancel your class without the 7-day advance notice. Charges will not be processed until the date of the class.
