Food For Thought Cooking Series! Exploring Meat

Join us for our new series- Food for Thought! Today we will be exploring Meat. Join Chef Daniela and Holiday Market Meat Experts as we take a field trip to Holiday Market's Meat Department. Learn about the different cuts of meat, how to pick-out the best meat for each recipe and enjoy a short cram session Meat 101. We will then meet back in Mirepoix for a full hands-on Cooking Class incorpating the meat we have hand selected.
Menu- Perfect Steak and Mushrooms, Roasted Potatoes and Carrots and Chocolate Cupcake with Whipped Cream Frosting.
Mirepoix Cooking School is excited to announce we are now open for In-Person cooking classes! Come meet our new head culinary instructor Chef Daniela. Our new cooking stations are designed for up to 6 guests. If you have a group that would like to stay at the same cooking station, please sign-up as a group reservation. Each cooking station will have their own prep table, stove, oven, kitchen equipment and ingredients. Enjoy your meal in class at your own table or you can package to take home. Beer and wine available for purchase.
