Nicolas Idiart- Blanc de Blanc, Nicolas Idiart- Muscadet and Nicolas Idiart Pinot Noir
Fromage et Champignons'- Cheese and Mushroom Bread with Dipping Jus. Baguette, brie, mushrooms, mustard, soy sauce, siracha, beef stock and red wine.
White Fish with Citrus Beurre Blanc and Sauteed Kale. Grapefruit, white wine, shallot, butter, white fish, garlic, onion and kale.
Porc et Cerise- Seared Pork and Cherry Meatballs with Honey Cream Sauce. Ground pork, egg, panko, spices, onion, parsley, dried cherry, honey, heavy cream and shallots
Pain au Chocolat- Buttery, Rich and Flaky Croissant Filled with Nutella or Chocolate Mousse and topped with a Chocolate Drizzle.
