Course I: Roasted Pumpkin & Manchego Croquetas with Smoked Paprika Aioli

Crisp golden fritters with creamy roasted pumpkin and aged Manchego cheese, tossed in a panko crust served with a smoked paprika aioli for dipping.

Pumpkin | Onion | Garlic | Butter | Flour | Whole Milk | Smoked Paprika | Nutmeg | Manchego cheese | Eggs | Panko | Oil

 

Course II: Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup w/ Garlic Crostini

Roasted red peppers and tomatoes blended with garlic, onion, and a hint of paprika, finished with a drizzle of Spanish olive oil and served with garlic-rubbed crostini.

Course III: Pork Tenderloin with Apple & Sherry Glaze served with Roasted Root Vegetables, tossed with Smoked Paprika

*please note this course can be switched to chicken.  Please indicate in your reservations if you need chicken.

Seared pork tenderloin served with a light apple and dry sherry glaze, accompanied by seasonal root vegetables roasted with olive oil and herbs

Dessert

Course IV: Orange and Olive Oil Cake with Spanish Liqueur Whipped Cream

Moist and fragrant cake made with Spanish olive oil and fresh orange zest, finished with a dusting of powdered sugar and served with lightly whipped cream infused with orange liqueur.

Olive Oil | Sugar | Eggs | Orange | Flour | Baking Powder | Baking Soda | Salt | Yogurt | Heavy Cream | Powdered Sugar | Grand Marnier

 

$125 for 1 guest– includes  4 course meal and 3 FULL bottles of wine

$175 for  2 guests– includes 4 course meal and 3 FULL bottles of wine
