Menu:
1st Course: Marsala Flambeed Dried Fig Tart
Flaky puff pastry dough topped with caramelized onions, dried figs flambeed in marsala wine, topped with blue cheese, and arugula
2nd Course: Charred Vegetable Ragu with Linguine
Broiled mushrooms, garlic, and onion paired with mirepoix, tomato paste, and herbs. Deglazed with red wine and toss in linguine.
3rd: Pan Roasted Pork Chops with Cabernet Sauce
Pan seared pork chops drizzled with a cabernet, garlic, shallot, thyme, and butter small pan sauce
Sweet Treat ending prepared by Mirepoix Chefs

Cancellation Policy – Mirepoix has a 4-day cancellation policy. You must cancel 4 days or more before your scheduled cooking class to receive a refund or move into a different cooking class. This includes any illness. You may send someone in your place. If we are able to fill your spot, we will issue you a credit for a future cooking class.
