Join our Pastry Chef, Chef Colleen for our Gourmet Pie Making Work Shop.  Chef Colleen is sharing her award winning pie recipes!

Each guest will be Making and Taking Home 2 Delicious, One of a Kind Pies!

Enjoy at home or freeze them and serve for the Holidays!

This is a 3 hour class

Menu

Salted Caramel Pie with Oatmeal Cookie Crust, Topped with Maple Whipped Cream and Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon.  Bonus, this pie is made naturally Gluten Free

Sour Cream Key Lime Pie with Graham Cracker Toffee Pretzel Crust Topped with Honey Whipped Cream and Sliced Lime Wheels

*Feel free to bring in your own festive apron.  Aprons also provided in class

 

Mirepoix Cooking School features In-Person cooking classes. Come meet Chef Colleen,  Mirepoix’s Pastry Chef and the rest of our talented Team of Chefs.  Our new cooking stations are designed for up to 6 guests. If you have a group that would like to stay at the same cooking station, please sign-up as a group reservation. Reservations for 1, 2, 3 and 4 guests may be paired with other guests.  Each cooking station will have their own prep table, stove, oven, kitchen equipment and ingredients. Enjoy your meal in class at your own table or you can package to take home. Beer and wine available for purchase.
