Hen of the Woods Creamy Mushroom Soup with Truffle Oil Drizzle
Creamy, savory, mildly sweet and perfect for fall. Leeks, shallots, and garlic sauteed to make a perfect soup, gently cooked Hen of the Woods Michigan mushrooms, finished with a hint of truffle oil.

Second Course
Homemade Semolina Ravioli filled with Roasted Butternut Squash topped with Browned Butter & Crispy Sage Sauce
Butternut Squash roasted with spices and herbs and smashed down with plenty of butter. Homemade semolina flour ravioli, hand shaped, stuffed and tossed in browned butter, garlic, and fresh sage.

Cornish Game Hen Stuffed with Herbs & Drizzled with Orange Ginger Sauce served with Fennel Strips & Cannellini Beans Tossed in Olive Oil & Parmesan
Individual Cornish Game Hens stuffed with lemons, garlic, and herbs. Roasted until perfectly crispy and drizzled with an orange and ginger reduction.
Paired with a refreshing side of boiled fennel strips tossed with white beans, olive oil, and parmesan strips.
