Farfalle with Basil Pesto- Semolina flour, egg and olive oil rolled into sheets, hand cut and pinched to make traditional bow tie pasta. Paired with Traditional pesto with fresh basil, pine nuts, parmigiano and olive oil to make a creamy and savory fresh sauce
Italian Balsamic and Basil Salad with Cucumber and Tomato- Tomato, cucumber, fresh basil topped with balsamic, olive oil and garlic vinaigrette

Mirepoix Cooking School is excited to announce we are now open for In-Person cooking classes! Come meet our new head culinary instructor Chef Daniela. Our new cooking stations are designed for up to 6 guests. If you have a group that would like to stay at the same cooking station, please sign-up as a group reservation. Reservations for 1, 2 ,3 or 4 guests may be paired with other guests. Each cooking station will have their own prep table, stove, oven, kitchen equipment and ingredients. Enjoy your meal in class at your own table or you can package to take home. Beer and wine available for purchase.
