Join us for a hands-on 4 day cooking camp
Our Mirepoix Chefs will teach you the basics while in a fun, learning environment.
Our Cooking Camp is designed for ages 10 and up. Classes are 2 to 2.5 hours long. Students will enjoy their meal each day in class or they can take home if they prefer. Each student will receive a take home recipe booklet each day. At the completion of the week, students will receive a medal and certificate.
Cooking Classes will run each day from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. unless noted
Monday: Amazing Appetizers
Mac & Cheese Bites, Bean, Beef & Cheese Nachos and Meatball Bites with Homemade Marinara Sauce
Tuesday: Cooking in the Italian Kitchen
Stuffed Shells with Marinara Sauce, Homemade Cheese/Pepperoni Pizzas & Panzanella Salad
Wednesday: Breakfast Favorites
French Toast Sticks with Warm Maple Syrup & Whipped Cream, Build your own Frittata and Berry, Yogurt & Homemade Granola Parfaits
Thursday: Decadent Desserts
No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies, One Bowl Fudge Brownies and Yellow Cupcakes with Strawberry Whipped Cream Topping
