Each Scotch dinner includes: 4 course meal, 4 pours of high-end Scotch, Holiday Market and Mirepoix’s Executive Chef who will provide an unforgettable experience. Menu Meat and Cheese Sampling- assorted cheese, cured hard salami, olive tapenade and sweet berry compote. Paired with Ben Riach 12 Bulgur Mixed Salad- mixed bulgur, crumbled walnuts, cucumbers, scallions, carrot, parsley, romaine, and mint tossed with a light but sweet pomegranate dressing. Paired with Glen Dronach 12 Roasted Pork Loin and Spiced Chickpeas- pork marinated in honey, orange, and spices. Chickpeas prepared with garam marsala and various spices. Paired with Glen Dronach 15 Chocolate Cake with Orange Meringue and Toffee Crumble. Paired with Ben Riach 12 Smokey $99 per person Pick-up is between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 17th in Mirepoix, 2nd floor of Holiday Market.
