Sights and Sounds of Cooking: A Partially Blindfolded Cooking Class

Join us for an Exciting Evening as we explore the Sights and Sounds of Cooking. This partially blindfolded cooking class will start with a Blindfold Tasting of Salts, Cheeses, Pastas, Oils and Wine. You will be amazed with the different flavor profiles in each of these categories. It is best to sign-up with a partner so you can feed each other.

Menu: Vegetable and Parmigiano Pasta, Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies. Please note the cooking part of class will not be done blindfolded! It is recommended to bring your own blindfold.

Mirepoix Cooking School is excited to announce we are now open for In-Person cooking classes! Come meet our new head culinary instructor Chef Daniela. Our new cooking stations are designed for up to 6 guests. If you have a group that would like to stay at the same cooking station, please sign-up as a group reservation. Each cooking station will have their own prep table, stove, oven, kitchen equipment and ingredients. Enjoy your meal in class at your own table or you can package to take home. $69.99 per person. Beer and wine available for purchase.
