How does this work?
Judgement of Paris 1976 was a blind wine tasting, USA versus France. This is an interactive Food and Wine Pairing. You will receive 1 Sparkling Wine at our Reception to be enjoyed with Smoked Salmon Canapes. A popular French appetizer. 2 wine tastings with each of your food courses. 1 USA and 1 French. 7 total wines to taste and explore. You will not know which is USA and which is French. You will vote after each course. We will tally your votes and announce who wins, Team USA? or Team France?
