Shrimp Skewers with Tzatziki & Feta
Plump shrimp grilled to perfection and served on a bed of spinach with crumbled feta and cool dill Tzatziki, finished with a bit of lemon.
Greek Yogurt – Cucumber – Dill – Lemon Juice – Shallots – Anise – Shrimp – Spinach – Feta
Second Course
Greek Salad with Seared Halloumi & Honey
Tangy feta, an assortment of green and black olives, ripe tomatoes, and crispy cucumbers, topped with homemade Greek dressing. An extra treat on top, seared Halloumi cheese with a bit of honey to balance the savory salad.

Third Course
Moussaka – Baked Eggplant with Traditional Lamb Ragu
Chef Daniela’s specialty! Her own version of Moussaka with layers of perfectly baked eggplant, savory lamb ragu with cinnamon and nutmeg, and a creamy Bechamel sauce to finish. Topped with crispy panko, it will make a perfect crunch with every bite.
