Rich Tortilla Espagnole with Crispy Patatas Bravas
Buttery, crispy, or flaky potatoes – we love them all! Tortilla Espagnole is a traditional egg cake layered with buttery potatoes and olive oil. On the side, we pair yet more potatoes fried and crispy with a tangy red sauce.

One of Chef Daniela’s signature dishes. You’ve never had Spanish Rice quite like this before! Browned beef that’s braised in a secret blend of spices, fresh onions, bell peppers, and juicy tomatoes. All simmered together with Jasmine rice and topped with Cilantro and Jalapeños.
