Cooking with Wine and Wine Pairings

Join us for our exclusive Cooking with Wine.  Also featuring a Wine Pairing with each course.  Our very own Sommelier Dean Rondy will hand select our wine tastings.  Dean will join us in class for a brief Wine 101 Session and answer your questions.  Only 21 years or older.  This is a 3 hour class.


Pasta Aglio Olio- and Wine Pairing

Chicken Marsala with Savory Marsala Sauce- and Wine Pairing

Arugula, Pine Nut and Pear Salad with Shaved Parmigiano- and Wine Pairing

Homemade Chocolate Chip Biscotti prepared by Chef Daniela for a Sweet Ending


Mirepoix Cooking School is excited to announce we are now open for In-Person cooking classes! Come meet our new head culinary instructor Chef Daniela. Our new cooking stations are designed for up to 6 guests. If you have a group that would like to stay at the same cooking station, please sign-up as a group reservation. Reservations for 1, 2 ,3 or 4 guests may be paired with other guests. Each cooking station will have their own prep table, stove, oven, kitchen equipment and ingredients. Enjoy your meal in class at your own table or you can package to take home.  Beer and wine available for purchase.
