Join Chef Daniela and Learn how to Make Homemade Pasta.  Enjoy your meal at the end of class!


Fettuccine Alfredo- Semolina flour, egg and olive oil rolled into sheets and cut into ribbons.  Paired with delicious Alfredo Sauce

Garganelli with Tomato Vodka Sauce- Hand Made Tube Shaped Pasta paired with Rich and Velvety Tomato Vodka Sauce

Italian Balsamic and Basil Salad with Cucumber and Tomato- Tomato, cucumber, fresh basil topped with balsamic, olive oil and garlic vinaigrette

Enjoy homemade Biscotti prepared by Mirepoix Chefs

Mirepoix Cooking School is excited to announce we are now open for In-Person cooking classes! Come meet our new head culinary instructor Chef Daniela. Our new cooking stations are designed for up to 6 guests. If you have a group that would like to stay at the same cooking station, please sign-up as a group reservation. Reservations for 1, 2 ,3 ,4  or 5 guests may be paired with other guests. Each cooking station will have their own prep table, stove, oven, kitchen equipment and ingredients. Enjoy your meal in class at your own table or you can package to take home.
