Shepherd’s Pie with Beer Braised Beef- Whipped and Creamy mashed potatoes layered with ground beef slowly cooked in Irish beer.  Tender carrots and corn.  Topped with Irish Cheddar Cheese.  Browned in the oven

Irish Potato Soup with Corned Beef- Creamy and savory potatoes pureed down with cream and pepper, topped with tangy corned beef

Baileys Cookies & Cream Parfait- Layers of whipped cream spiked with Baileys liqueur, Oreo cookie crumbles and milk chocolate chips

 

Mirepoix Cooking School is excited to announce we are now open for In-Person cooking classes! Come meet our new head culinary instructor Chef Daniela. Our new cooking stations are designed for up to 6 guests. If you have a group that would like to stay at the same cooking station, please sign-up as a group reservation. Reservations for 1, 2 or 3 guests may be paired with other guests. Each cooking station will have their own prep table, stove, oven, kitchen equipment and ingredients. Enjoy your meal in class at your own table or you can package to take home. $69.99 per person. Beer and wine available for purchase
