Blistered sweet peppers, ripe tomatoes and layers of dried and fresh herbs makes a luscious stew that is both hearty and bright

 Veal Paupiettes et Haricots Verts

Thinly sliced and pounded veal specialty picked for Holiday Market, rolled in a salty ham stuffing, seared and topped with a butter and white wine sauce.  Green beans sauteed in olive oil, butter, shallots and sweet grape tomatoes.
